Constructive PD is a strategic partner of IBI, whereby IBI supplies Constructive PD with cladding and curtain wall systems, and windows and door systems for projects undertaken by Constructive PD. Constructive PD is also an installer for these products for IBI projects.

DGC
DGC is a strategic partner of IBI, whereby DGC is a distributor of IBI’s windows and door systems.
DGC is a privately owned business which has been trading since 1986, and has been delivering quality workmanship across a variety of sectors of the building industry. The company has a number of divisions, each offering the highest level of skill, expertise and experience throughout the management team, staff and network of loyal subcontractors and trades.
They understand their clients, both commercial companies and the residential home owner, and know the importance to completing jobs on time and within cost constraints. What differentiated them is their firm commitment to their mission in providing services completed at higher level of quality, delivered in a more timely manner, whilst upholding a more enjoyable building experience than their competitors in the industry.
They aim to provide the best final product as well as the smoothest overall ride for the duration of the project and extending beyond completion in the longevity of design, structure and performance of all their work. They have developed over time, a quality network of clients and contacts in the building industry, and built a strong reputation of being capable in providing service on a timely basis with a solid warranty backup to the building industry.

Titanium Services is a strategic partner of IBI in Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Karratha, in Western Australia; working with IBI for the distribution and installation of IBI’s products in these areas where Titanium Services has operations and employs local trades.
Established in 2012, Titanium Services is a construction company that services regional Western Australia.
Sino-Excellence Group
Jiangsu Sino-Excellence International Technology Cooperation Group Co Ltd (Sino-Excellence Group) is a strategic partner of IBI.
Sino-Excellence Group was founded by Mr Guo Huadong, and is headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. Mr Guo is one of the earliest pioneers to establish and run businesses overseas, after China’s reform and opening period. He started his career in East Africa in 1984, and was praised by the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation (now the Ministry of Commerce) as an outstanding Chinese elite for international business, and a civilian diplomat for his early achievements abroad. The goals of Sino-Excellence Group are to expand operations of its overseas multi-sector business lines, mainly in Africa; in western countries, including Australia and the USA; and Southeast Asia, including Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Taikong Intelligent Constructions
Taikong is a strategic partner of IBI for the exclusive supply of their products.
Taikong is a China-based company principally engaged in the provision of prefabricated building services, as well as the research and development, design, manufacture and sales of foam cement composites. Taikong's main business includes the construction of architecture through the way of intelligent methods. Through its subsidiaries, Taikong is also engaged in the sales of software, provision of related technology services, as well as the sales of foam cement composites.
